New Construction
One of our favorite new builds at 3520 sq ft finished floor plan. This beautiful 3 story home built on the new high efficiency home standard with a full ICF foundation and a large open main floor plan. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 Bath home was a pleasure to build!

Post and Beam Frame
This 50'x64' post and beam shop was an ineteresting build. With doors taking up the whole face of the shop it turned it into a three sided shop and some serious structure was needed on the door side.

Finishing
This Client had a very specific list on finishing requests and was so satisfying to complete and sit back and enjoy!, Custom TV wall with storage underneath, Storage cupboards with a bar fridge opening beside, and then a custom desk in their office with lots of doors to hide things away. So much fun!

Custom Cabin
Had to fly at this custom build in Saskatchewan before the winter freeze set in. Built on a solif ICF foundation we were brought in to get this bulding nailed together, set up, and sealed before the snow flew. Not a Problem!

Addition
These clients wanted to expand their homes footprint and open up the kitchen area and living room area. Wow it sure did! Following a lot of engineering, temporary support walls, structural beam work, demolition and re-attaching to the existing we got it done for them and it sure opened up the area!

1,2,3 Additions
Clients Started with a mudroom addition on the east side, then it was a master bedroom and walking in closet on the south side, finished up with a 50'x55' addition to the west side which added a 3 car garage with an in-law suite behind it, but why stop there, lets make the living room bigger while we are at it. More then doubled the sq ft of this home!

ICF Foundations
With the new home requirement and high efficiency components in your home ICF foundations are the way to go. Such high insulation value and water resistance this is the way to go. Here is a foundation we installed and it was like playing with adult lego. Time to start building!
